The process if routing dovetails on a Leigh jig creates a lot of fine saw dust, and quite quickly. The Vacuum and Router Support(VRS) helps to collect this as it is created. In addition to this, the Support part of the VRS gives the router support before, during and after the cutting process.
On top of the VRS are the adjustable control arms, the router sits between these arms moving the dust chute with the router. This means the duct chute is always where the cutting is being done, providing the most effective dust extraction possible.
The VRS has an adaptor to accept hose sizes of either 1” of 2-1/2”, common to most vacuum systems.
